You wish to participate as a Designer for Furry Snout? Pawsome! Please read our requirements before you start! Sorry in advance for the length of this, just making sure every question is answered as best as possible! ♥


!! IMPORTANT !!

We always make sure, our members have enough time to prepare themselves, no matter if its the creation of the exclusive items, setting up the booth or payment of the booth. If you for some reason, can't make it in time, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We will have designers on a standby list, and to make sure they still have enough time to prepare themselves, we need to be informed about everything. If you leave a current round, too short in time for us being able to replace you, we won't refund you, unless its an urgent emergency.
We will always announce everything in the specific designers channels in our discord server, this means, it is on everyone's own to check these from time to time, to make sure you are up to date with everything. If you have the server muted and this causes you, to loose needed information's, it is on you. We are always here, to answer questions and offering help if needed.
Please keep in mind, that if we contacted you, for whatever reason belonging to the current round (payment of the booth is delayed, if you want to participate, etc) and we did not get an answer within the next 3 days, we will look for someone else to take your spot, we will block your booth until you get ejected from the current round, etc, if the problem hasn't been solved by then. 


We work with Blogotex. This means, all applications & sending out of bloggerpacks are made through this system. 

Please find the Blogotex acccess point located at the inworld mall, click it, click on the position you'd like to apply for (Designer OR Blogger, you can't apply as both! Blogotex won't allow that), accept the rules & requirements and fill out your application. As soon as applications close, we will inform everyone if they were accepted or not. Please keep in mind, that we will send out INVITATIONS for the event, which DOES NOT automatically mean, you will be accepted for an upcoming round. This is simply just to inform Designers/Bloggers that our Event is happening.
In some cases, it may happen, that you can't be accepted for an upcoming round, cause spots are taken. HOWEVER if you wish, we will keep you on our standby list and will contact you, if a spot gets available, in order for you being able to join the current round. If we don't get a response of you, within 3 DAYS, you will not be accepted and we will accept someone else.

We just have a specific amount of spaces/sizes open for each round, this means we simply just can't accept everyone applying. First come, first serve system! This is nothing personal! In addition of this, if we get too many applications for a particular booth size, we will raffle the booths out with a random generator, to keep it fair and to not involve personal preferences. We will of course inform the Designers if their preferred booth isn't available for them and which size they get instead. Thanks for your understanding. 

If the event is a THEMED round, we wish that the designers, try to fit the theme as best as possible. However, we don't stop creativity. If you are unsure about a theme, please feel always free to ask!If the event is a NON THEMED round, you can do whatever your designer heart wishes! Go crazy with your creations!

Requirements for EVERY round and for EVERY designer participating, is to have a minimum of ONE exclusive item. You can do as many as you want, no limits on here. 

SPONSORING designers, will also need to make a FREE GIFT for the occurring round. NO LIMITATIONS ON HERE - it does NOT need to be an exclusive item, or fitted to the theme, it can be whatever you wish, from giftcards, to regular store items, everything is allowed.

If you do gachas, please include a maximum of 30 items per machine and don't set the price higher than 150L per pull. You are allowed to use fullperm/prefab meshes for your creations, please respect the creators TOS on the items you bought them from. 

Exclusive items ONLY at the event. You are free to set up your items at your store, as soon as the round ends. But no selling it at the store before it ends, if you do so, you will get a warning, if still not removed you will be ejected from the current round. 

Blogger packs - are NOT required. However, we have an amazing team of hard working bloggers and it would be nice if you could provide an item for them, in order to advertise for your store/the event itself as best as they can. You can only win with this!

If you have your own bloggers, please let us know! They will still need to fill out the application through blogotex in order to grab the items, but they will be 100% accepted, if you are too.

If possible, please use Caspervendors and use the EVENT SCRIPT that comes in the package. Due to prior issues with crashing vendors, this will help us avoid dying vendors during the opening day. 

Twitter and discord accounts are a REQUIREMENT. Most of our notices will be sent out through our Discord channel and twitter helps us advertising your items!

If you have a flickr account, this would be awesome, but is not a requirement.

You NEED to have one free space for the group invite, in order for being able to rezz on the event location! Please keep in mind, you need to be ONLINE when receiving the invite, as SL otherwise will kick you out. There's nothing we can do about that! :(
